A blend between a Mountain Water Process Decaf bean and an EA Decaf Process bean.  Both decaffeination methods are natural and sustainable, effectively removing caffeine from the coffee beans while preserving their taste and aroma.

EA Decaf Process utilizes a natural ester (present in fruits & vegetables; such as bananas) to remove the caffeine through a steaming process.
