How To Manage Your Subscription

On Desktop:

1. From the homepage, select the account login icon in the top right corner
2. Log in to your account
3. Once on the "Account" page, select "Manage Subscriptions" on the right side

On Mobile:

1. Select the menu on the left side (3 horizontal lines)
2. Scroll down and select "Log in"
3. Log in to your account
4. Scroll down and select "Manage Subscriptions"

From here, you'll be able to add or swap products, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription.

Do NOT select the subscription option on a different product if you're looking to swap products.  This will trigger a completely separate subscription.  Only add and swap products from an active subscriptions on the Manage Subscriptions page.

If you are unable to resume a cancelled subscription due to an old billing date, start a new subscription by selecting the type of subscription on a product page.

Note: You can only add products to an active subscription.
