A mixture between an Ethiopian Sidamo and a Guatemalan Jade Reserve! Half roasted to a lighter profile and half roasted to a medium profile to give you the perfect dimension of flavor! Notes of brown sugar and berries. Definitely has a vibe of being smooth, silky, and bright!
